Transfer Student Admissions

Transfer students, as well as international students who are incoming freshmen, should apply to UT via the UT admissions web page and should additionally submit the following application form to the Turing Scholars program:

Letters of recommendation are optional. We are typically most interested in letters from math, CS, and other science teachers.

The Turing Scholars honors program typically considers only transfer students who are in the early stages of their CS curriculum. Successful applicants will be placed in honors courses as appropriate for their background.
