If you are a CS department user, you should login to a CS host and submit information for the calendars in the normal way. If there is some compelling reason you cannot do this, you may contact the staff regarding room reservations at roomschedule@cs.utexas.edu and regarding event scheduling at talkschedule@cs.utexas.edu. Major events requiring publicity, visitor schedules, etc. should still be submitted through External Affairs.
