Abstract:

The first job out of college is all important in that it establishes the initial trajectory of your career. Many students consider or weigh too heavily the wrong things in picking that first job. In his talk, Nawaf will draw on almost thirty years of successes and failures in describing what he has learned to be important and unimportant, particularly when deciding on that first role.
