Campus services will discuss transition issues and impact related to the move from the old ERP/mainframe system to Workday.

 

Topics include

* HR/Payroll and Financial transition to Workday - timeline, business side involvement in this part of the project, IT impacts (interfaces, data feeds)

* Student Administration requirements gathering, software selection, design partnership with Workday, timeline, involvement of units on campus (IT and business)

* New technical architecture that will be designed and deployed

* Distributed Software Systems status update - timeline, why we are asking for road maps, etc.. (this will include some discussion about Research administration, development, etc.)

 

Time will be allowed for Q&A.

 

All CS staff involved with mainframe administrative systems/data are invited to attend.
