Food and Beverage Guidelines

Please note, whenever an event involves food and beverages, event hosts are required to leave the room in good order - ensure that tables are wiped clean and leftovers are removed. (If you must place leftovers in departmental refrigerators, mark your name on them and remove them by the next day.)

Please discard foodstuffs in trash bins and place the trash bins in the corridor for disposal (except for TAY 2.122, 2.132, and 3.128, custodial services does not empty trash bins daily unless bins are placed in the corridor).

Please inform roomschedule@cs.utexas.edu if you encounter a room left in disarray prior to your event. We will inform the previous users that such irresponsibility may result in revocation of room reservation privileges.

Thank you for your cooperation.
