ShopReq Status

The ShopReq query interface allows you to check the status of the pending tickets that you have submitted.

If you enter your login name below and choose Send button, a list of the tickets that you have submitted will be displayed. By default, tickets that are currently active (either new or in progress) will be shown; for tickets that have been resolved, choose Resolved and for very old tickets choose Archived.

Search by User Name

User Name: (Ex.: pkn)

Ticket Status: Active (new, open, etc.) Resolved
