Lab 4

Due: 2003-10-23 Thursday 6.00 p.m.

 

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this lab is to learn about SQL.

 

IMPLEMENTATION:

 

For this lab, consider solving all of the following:

a)    Problem 6.43, 6.44 on pg. 222 of Chapter 6 from the text in SQL Server syntax. For this part, submit the DDL via email.

b)    Instantiate the DDL in your SQL Server account. For this part, the TA will verify your schema and data in SQL Server.

 

 

SUBMISSION:

Please submit an electronic zipped file by emailing it to the TA (CC: the instructor) by the Due Date/Time. Consult the class web page for

-          Email addresses of Instructor/TA

-          Late submission policy

-          Academic Dishonesty Policy

 

NOTE: For electronic submissions, use file naming conventions such as lab4fffllll.zip, lab4fffllll.mdb etc., where fff are the first 3 characters of your first name, llll are the last 4 characters of your last name.

For example, if I were submitting a MS-Word solution, then I would email a file named lab4ajagava.zip containing the file lab4ajagava.doc
