PLAPACK FTP site top level directory.

The PLAPACK binaries for the various systems reside in the
directories Rx.x below this directory.  The current latest
revision is R1.1 .

The PLAPACK Linear solver package is available in the SOLVERS
directory.  It requires R1.1 of the PLAPACK system.
