Interested organizations and individuals are invited to join this dynamic and exciting group. Contributions are tax deductible and tiered according to organization size as follows:

To request approval to join FoCS, simply complete and return the request form with your check made payable to "The University of Texas at Austin" with "Friends of Computer Sciences " on the check and/or in a letter of transmittal. Invoices are available by request. Send your form, letter, and/or payment to: Nancy P. FoCS contributions may also be paid by credit card through our on-line giving form. It is important to follow these instructions exactly to ensure that the funds are accounted for correctly. Any deviation from these instructions may result in your contribution not being received. Please read the instructions carefully before donating on-line.
1. In text box #1 entitled "Please enter your gift designation(s)", the first two boxes should be pre-populated with "Natural Sciences, College of" and "Friends of Computer Sciences". If pre-populated, please leave as is and do not select anything in the third and fourth drop down menu boxes. If the first two boxes are not pre-populated, please select "Natural Sciences, College of" in the first box and "Friends of Computer Sciences" in the second box. Again, do not select anything in the third and fourth drop down menu boxes.
2. In text box #2 entitled "Please enter any special gift information", please copy/paste the text below into the text box to ensure that the funds are deposited into the Friends of Computer Sciences account:
"Gift to the Department of Computer Sciences Friends of Computer Science for (insert company name and company representative's name and contact information here)".

3. Continue filling out the gift form as instructed in text boxes # 3 and #4 for your contact information and payment information.
4. REQUIRED: Click the "Complete My Gift" button on the bottom right of the form.
5. You will receive an automated confirmation of your transaction that you can print for your records. Once your online form is submitted, send email to oea@cs.utexas.edu to inform us of your completed transaction.
