UTCS endeavors are communicated via a variety of key print and electronic communication mediums.

OEA provides consultation, creation and printing services on brochures, posters, flyers, web design, banners, buttons, signage and other print collateral for UTCS faculty, staff and students only.
To request help with any publication need, please complete a Publications request before your request will be processed. A form copy is also available outside Taylor 2.116C in the white notebook. Once your project is approved, the pubs office will contact you to begin work on your project.
Pubs maintains the OEA web site and the CS faculty and research pages as well as produces the web spotlights.
OEA compiles visitor packets for visitors and events supported by UTCS such as GradFest and FoCS events and for general visitor information.
A visitor center showcasing publications about Austin, UT and UTCS is located at Taylor Hall 2.148. The center includes bus route maps, campus maps, the UT alumni magazine, UTCS publications and helpful information about Austin. Visitors are encouraged to use the center to make their visit more enjoyable.
UTCS publishes an e-newsletter covering UTCS news. Students, faculty, events, awards and honors are highlighted in the newsletter.
The UTCS annual report provides a comprehensive review of the past year in UTCS.
