Aliza was the producer of the NERO video game, working as a Creative Director for the Digital Media Collaboratory at the IC2 Institute of UT Austin. She has worked as a producer, designer, and a creative lead for numerous projects in the interactive media industry. Her paper describes how a team of students can be organized and managed to develop a commercial-quality videogame.
