Nabil visited the NNRG as a Fullbright Scholar in Fall 2003 - Summer 2004, working on neuroevolution of rules for a rule-based reasoning system. Afterwards he went back to the Islamic University of Gaza, Palestine, where he is the Dean of Faculty of Information Technology and Professor of Computer Science.
