Budget needs to set aside funds for printing the poster abstracts, and
renting easels, and a large enough space


Distribute a bound collection of the accepted poster abstracts (1 page) 
at the conference.

Deadline of 23:59 is preferable over other times.

Publish in CCR a 1 page description of each? of the accepted posters 

2000:  ?? submissions, accepted   , committee of 6 to select.
2001:  68 submissions, accepted 25, committee of 3 to select.
2002:  80 submissions, accept ?25?, committee of y to select.
