For example, when should the various publicity materials be ready? When does the printed program need to be ready? etc. (2) Getting material onto the Web site was often a bit confusing (e.g., who really needed the files?) and unpredictable (when would it show up online?). Perhaps there should be a weekly schedule (with some sort of mechanism for emergency-only updates). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Make sure that every workshop cfp includes the statement: the Call For Papers needs the usual prohibition against submission of papers that had been previously published. (it's important since some potential novice authors clearly don't know the rules.) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Craig's instructions for creating the workshop proceedings in 2003: There will only be one ISBN for the workshop proceedings, even though it contains 4 workshops.
