Dr. Adams led the FBI forensic team in the 1999 international deployment to Kosovo, examining 21 separate crime scenes and mass grave sites. He was also the first FBI agent to testify in court regarding DNA analysis and is on the editorial board of the Journal of Forensic Sciences.
