DS Council Weekly Minutes for the Meeting on Wednesday, 26 September 2001
Final plans were made for the DS activities meeting. Bess was to explain trips and Sara would do dinners since Marwan and Clare couldn't be at there.
The DS IM Volleyball team will be playing in the C league Tuesdays at 7pm. There was a practice game on Thursday at 7pm.
Concerning Parent's Day - see Dr. Westbrook's email; it was happening Saturday, September 29th form 9 -12 at the Texas Memorial Museum.
The idea of putting majors and years in the directory on the website was further analyzed, and it was concluded that major and year at UT (as opposed to the sensitive issue of academic year) should be included.
A ds social is "in the works" to quote Bess. While we were on the subject of socials, we took a little time to reminisce; I think that it will suffice for me to say Marwan-sucks-on-strange-man's-fingers and to type the following three phrases: yes, sounds good to me, and I'll go along with that. Ah, the memories . . .
