DS Council Weekly Minutes for the Meeting on Wednesday, 16 January 2002
We will run the election to "replace" Jason the next full week of classes.
The t-shirts are in; there will be an email from Bess with details.
The next lunch with the dean is January 25th from 12 - 1.
Friday lunch is starting again this Friday, and it will be catered from now on.
IM Basketball starts soon! Brandon thinks we will probably have a coed and men's team.
Clare is organizing MSEP; expect an email by the end of the week.
IM Soccer also starts relatively soon; Marshall will be handling that.
Since like five people got a digital camera for Christmas, we should now have pictures of all events.
Mentoring is starting again soon - Barbara has it under control.
Austin Science Fun Day will be on Saturday, March 2nd. The kids will be doing a project about the wetlands, and because Barbara is busy this semester, she would like an assistant.
Math tutoring at Ortega will also begin soon; it will be after school (at around 3pm).
Port A, as we all know from Dr. Westbrook's email, is February 22nd - 24th.
