• Marwan rang the bell to start the meeting for the last time - : (.
• The first order of business was to elect a chair, so Brandon opened the floor for nominations. Clare and Barbara were nominated, but Barbara declined. Thus, Clare was elected chair unopposed.
• As in summers past, current DSers will meet the freshman during orientation for dinner, so it was determined who would be able to help with this.
• Clare updated everyone on the buddy situation. Basically, email her if you want a buddy and expect email in the middle of the summer with buddy assignments.
• Clare reminded everyone that DSers will probably need to help with the honors colloquium in the capacity of answering the questions of both parents and students. The colloquium is in late July, so more info will follow.
• It was agreed upon that the senior dinner was a success and that the food was some of the best there has ever been.
• Keys were redistributed, and Clare promised to get keys to those who don't have them as soon as possible.
• Brandon was presented with his cake which he liked very much.
• Pictures of the old and the new councils were taken.
