Research

I build astronomical instrumentation and use it for astronomical observations.  I am currently working on a very high resolution infrared spectrograph.

Research

I do research mostly of a theoretical nature relating to astronomical objects outside our Galaxy (galaxies and quasars).  I also am involved in some observational projects.  Possible undergraduate involvement would include computer programming in support of theoretical models or data reduction.
