Computer Science Education as an Academic Field

This site is designed to support and encourage the view of Computer Science Education as an academic field. This includes the notion of scholarship, which is to a great extent what tenure review committees consider, as well as advanced studies with CS Education as the topic. This site is intended to represent a community effort. Contributions and suggestions are welcome. The philosophy and organization of the site are described in an article in the December 1998 issue of SIGCSE Bulletin inroads.
