This paper gives an overview of the FLAME/C API and has an appendix which lists many of the basic routines supported by the library.  In particular, routines with functionality similar to the Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms are listed

If you print it two-sided it becomes a handy pocket guide to the FLAME Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms.

Note: we support a full set of BLAS.  Not all are listed in either of the above documents.
