Unit 0.1.1 Welcome to LAFF-On Programming for High Performance

These notes were written for a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) that is offered on the edX platform. The first offering of this course starts on June 5, 2019 at 00:00 UTC (which is late afternoon or early evening on June 4 in the US).
