UTCS Replacement Home Page for Graduate Students

I put this page together out of frustration at our current UTCS home page and how hard it is to get to where I want to go on our intranet.
This page may be useful to other graduate students. It is not pretty, but at least it won't open links in new windows. I try to mostly list pages here that I need to access regularly, but not regulary enough that I necessarily already know where they are or have a bookmark for them.

The UTCS web space is split into regions, each region is maintained by a different group. The regions are:

Academics -- How to get in or out of here.
Facilities -- Rooms, phones, and so on
Computing -- Everything computer-related, including the FAQ
External affairs -- Our outside face, includes directions to UT.

The following places are also important starting points:

All Colloquia calendar -- See all talks for this month
ACES Facilities or Unified reservations -- Reserve a conference room
Course schedules or Academic Calendar
How to post a technical report -- Now also linked from the list of TRs.
Registration -- Register for classes
Pay bills -- Pay tuition or anything else
Google scholar via UT's proxy -- to access the ACM digital library and other subscription content when you're not on the UT network.
Grad photos -- When you remember what he/she looks like, but not the name
UT Directory -- find emails and phone numbers
TA assignments
Travel services -- phone numbers for Navigant, etc
Shopreq and A/V Requests -- if your printer is broken or you need a projector
TxUnion Calendar -- Free movies

For international students:

Tuition wavers -- You have to fill one of those every semester you're employed.
The International office -- Get those forms signed
