Announcements

10/4: Quiz4 scores are posted on eGradebook.

10/2: Project4 is now posted on the Assignments page, due October 8th by 00:01

9/22: Project3 is now posted on the Assignments page, due October 1st by 00:01

9/15: Project1 scores are posted on eGradebook. Be sure to check the "answers and comments" link next to your score to see where you lost points. If you got less than 85 it might be a good idea to come to office hours to discuss it.

9/15: Quiz2 scores are posted on eGradebook. Everyone tanked so don't worry about a low score, but maybe you'll see some of those questions again on another quiz to see if you've learned from the experience ;)

9/10: Project2 is now posted on the Assignments page, due September 17th by 00:01

9/3: Quiz1 scores are posted to eGradebook.

9/3: Project1 is now posted on the Assignments page, due September 10th by 00:01

9/1: Reminder: Quiz1 is due in class on Thursday September 3rd. You must turn in the quiz sheet with the printed output page attached. Put your name on both.

9/1: The class Schedule of topics has been updated. The goal is to complete the Python language by midway through the class and spend the second half on the Python library and applications.

8/27: Check out the class discussion board on Blackboard where I have already created two forums and posted a clarification regarding material from class today.

8/27: Textbook Confusion. The COOP does have the correct book but, confusingly, there is another Python book for a different class right next to ours on the shelves. At least one member of our class has already bought the wrong one on accident so be careful to save yourself the trip back to exchange books :)

8/26: Get the required textbook asap as you'll need it from day one!

These class pages are partly based on material from Ben Wiedermann's version of the same course.
