ACL2 2009 will be held in the Northeastern University at the Raytheon Amphitheater. The Raytheon Amphitheater is on campus, and is part of the Egan Research Center (also known as Egan Engineering/Science Research Center). It is very close to the Ruggles station, but not in the Computer Science department. See the campus map for details. The Egan Research Center is marked as #60 in the static (html or pdf) maps.

We have reserved a block of 20 rooms for the workshop attendees in the Howard Johnson Inn at Boston (near Fenway Park). These rooms will be held till April 10 for check-in May 10 through check-out May 12 or 13 at the guaranteed workshop rate of $135.00. Please email Matt Kaufmann if you have any problem. The hotel is about a mile from the workshop site. Those who do not want to walk or drive can arrange a taxi in the morning, which we have been told will come in about 5 or 10 minutes unless it's raining, in which case one should allow for 30 to 45 minutes. You may also be able to take a hotel van down Brookline Ave. towards the Longwood Medical area, to take the #8 bus.

Travelling from Outside USA

If you are travelling from outside USA to attend the workshop you may find the following Web sites useful. We have been told that with the new requirements for the Visa Waiver Program, some planning is necessary even for people coming from countries that do not require a visa to enter the United States.
