The hotel is about a mile from the workshop site. Those who do not
want to walk or drive can arrange a taxi in the morning, which we have
been told will come in about 5 or 10 minutes unless it's raining, in
which case one should allow for 30 to 45 minutes. You may also be
able to take a hotel van down Brookline Ave. towards the Longwood
Medical area, to take the #8 bus.
- Conference attendees should call in (1-800-446-4656 or
617-267-8300) to make their own reservations, and should mention the
ACL2 conference to get a rate of $135 per night guaranteed. This
reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours ahead.
- A promotional rate may be less expensive, but is not cancellable.
Currently there is a 20%-off promotional rate of $120 per night,
with a minimum 2-night stay, but this is subject to change.
There is an additional $20 parking fee per night per car.
