I am a fourth year PhD student in CS at the University of Texas at Austin. I am working under the supervision of my advisor Dr. Tandy Warnow. My research interests are computational phylogenetics, especially in phylogenetic placement and supertree construction, and taxon identification of short sequences in metagenomics datasets.
