Taylor Peak

Always preferring an early start, I leave Bear Lake at 12:00 for Flattop, arriving at 15:40. From Flattop I hike south to the top of the Andrews Glacier at 16:50. Taylor Peak is the next one over, about a mile up tundra; I reach the summit at 18:25. There is a great view of Longs Peak from the summit of Taylor. Leaving the summit at 18:50, I reach the top of the Andrews Glacier at 19:35. I go down the Andrews Glacier and hike back via the Loch Vale trail. I get back to Glacier Gorge junction about 22:30, then trudge a mile back up the road to Bear Lake and the car. Where is the bus when you need it?
