I am a third year PhD student (as of November 2013) in the Computer Science Department at the University of Texas at Austin. I received my undergraduate degree at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in Computer Science and Engineering in 2009 and my Masters degree at UT Austin in 2011.
I am a member of the Learning Agents Research Group under the guidance of Peter Stone. I am interested in working on the practical applications of artificial intelligence through robotics. I hope to use a large number of small and simple robots to aid people in home and office environments.
In the past, I taught CS 378 - Autonomous Vehicles in Traffic for three semesters while serving as a Research Educator for the Freshmen Research Initiative.
A copy of my CV can be found here. It is current as of March 2014.
