If you’re following the Southern Tier maps, note that Congress Avenue extends northward to Martin Luther King Blvd, which becomes FM 969 east of Austin, and is the Southern Tier’s route from Bastrop to Austin. (However, check out this much better route between Austin and Bastrop.)
