I was born (on 16th November 1983) and brought up (for 22 years) in the city of Mumbai, India. I did my undergraduation (Bachelors in Information Technology) at the University of Mumbai in Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.

Currently, I am a Masters student at the Department of Computer Sciences of University of Texas at Austin. I am graduating in May 2008. I will be working with Cisco (San Jose, CA) later.

I have a twin sister, Prajakta. She is pursuing her Masters in Computer Science, at the Arizona State University.
