Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

2 Sticks butter, softened

½ Cup butter flavored Crisco

1 Cup dark brown sugar, packed

1 Cup regular sugar

2 Eggs

2 Teaspoons vanilla extract

3 ½ Cups all-purpose flour

1 Teaspoon baking soda

1 Teaspoon salt

1 Bag mini morsel semi sweet chocolate chips

1 Cup pecan pieces (if desired)

Instructions

Beat first four ingredients with mixer until it turns a lighter color. Add eggs and vanilla and continue mixing until thoroughly blended. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in separate bowl. With mixer on lowest speed, gradually add flour mixture to above until well blended. Add chips and pecans. Place on ungreased cookie sheets using large scoop. Bake at preheated 375 degree oven for 12 minutes.
