Ingredients

1 lb. Ground meat

2 cups rice

2 T. butter

Green onions, parsley, celery and bell pepper chopped

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 cans beef broth

1 can water

1 teaspoon salt

pepper to taste

Instructions

Brown ground meat and saute vegetables, can do all at once. Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil, cook covered for 35 minutes And uncover for 10 minutes. May need to leave uncovered for longer if too mushy.
