This talk is about DiSTiL, a program generator for data structures. DiSTiL is written as a transformation library, that is, as an extension of an existing language with some new transformations (“smart” macros). During the talk the audience is strongly encouraged to interrupt me for questions or for a demonstration of actual features. I can then give an online example of anything that might seem interesting.
