Events

The way WICS is currently structured today Events are decided by our members. Members sign up for committees so they can help make the event be successful. We want our members to work with each other and have doing it.

What are some examples of events Women in Computer Sciences have held?

• Socials - Bowling Night, Movie Night, Game Night, Mall Outing, Texas Hold'em Tournament, camping, Creepy Night, Girls Night Out and etc.



• Volunteering - WICS has volunteered with many organizations including Department Events but the one thing WICS has always volunteered at year after year is Expanding Your Horizons. WICS also currently inspired to really help out GirlStart and FirstBytes the Fall 2007.



• Company - Company Nights, Resume Info Sessions, Company Dinners, Resume Raffle



• Academic - Professor Lunch, Graduate Panel, Class Registration Info Seesion
