Lecture 10: Wireless TCP

Preparation:
The next few lectures we are moving up to TCP.
While the network layer may have attempted to
hide the mobility from upper layers (through Mobile-IP),
its effects are still largely visible to TCP.
We will look into the list of problems
that are caused by node mobility and wireless links
and how other people are dealing with them.
