Lecture 04: Mobile Networking (I) -- Mobile IP

Preparation:

You should read the paper 1 and 2 in the required paper section before coming to class. The first paper is an easy tutorial on Mobile-IP and it gives you a quick idea on the basic concept. Then, the second paper will fill you in with lots of details and advanced topics -- you should read this one very carefully.

I will give this lecture about Mobile-IP. For the next three lectures, we will study 3 different topics on Mobile networking. We will have student presentations, for the papers listed in Part I (Mobile Networking).
