1. Please take a look at the networking review slides to brush up your memory about computer networks.

2. Food for thought: Can you give a concrete example of network applications/protocols that separate data and control planes (other than those we discussed today)? Why does your example do so (e.g. what does it gain by separating data & control)? We’ll have a 5-min discussion at the beginning of our next class. (I’ll call you by names …)
