Lindy Aleshire began her administrative career in the U.S. in 1997, in Norman, Oklahoma as a Receptionist, Recruiting Assistant and Assistant Manager for a local affiliate of an international marketing firm. In 1998, she was promoted to the company's regional headquarters in Dallas, Texas, where she served as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant before being promoted to Regional Administrative Manager.
Lindy relocated to Austin in January of 2005, accepting a position with the newly formed Center for Information Assurance and Security, housed in the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Texas.
