I am a third year PhD student in the Computer Science Department at the University of Texas at Austin. I am interested in making personal robots integrate seamlessly into human environments, to aid humans in improving their quality of life. I work with Prof. Scott Niekum in the Pearsonal Autonomous Robotics Lab and Prof. Andrea Thomaz in the Socially Intelligent Machines Lab, on modeling joint attention and intentions for human-robot interaction.

Before coming to UT Austin, I worked for a short while as a Research Associate at the Robotics Institute, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). Prior to that, I completed my MS in Robotics from CMU and my Bachelors in Computer Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Jodhpur in India.
