I am pursuing my doctoral studies at the University of Texas, Austin since Fall 2016. Before joining University of Texas at Austin, I completed my Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. My Master's thesis is focused on network architectures to support seamless flow-mobility between LTE (4G) and WiFi networks. Prior to this, I was working as a Software Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of L3 and L4 network protocols at NetApp India Pvt. Ltd. I received my B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
I am broadly interested in Systems and Networks research. My research interests include network and storage infrastructure for federated cloud, Software Defined Networks (specifically in Data Center Networks and cellular networks), Network Function Virtualization, Wireless Networking and Mobile Data Offloading.
