Problem of the Day

Write a program that contains 2 functions:

- The function maxPos(x, y) returns either 0, 1
or 2. If x is the maximum of the 2 values, 1 is returned, if y is the
maximum, 2 is returned, and 0 is returned if x and y are equal.

- The main() function will use a definite loop that repeats 10 times. In the loop body, generate 2 random integers from 1 to 50, and then pass them to maxPos(). Print the number of times the larger value was the first argument for maxPos(), and the number of times it was the second argument.
