1. It is required to modify the name resolution protocol in Section 17.2
   such that each root process in the network is a name server that can
   directly resolve every name that starts with the primitive name of the
   root. Assume that each of the processes p[i:0..x-1] is a root process,
   and that each of the processes p[j:x..n-1] is a non-root process.
   Specify each of the non-root processes p[j:x..n-1].
