Thesis
Power, energy, and temperature management are crucial to future
generations of high-performance microprcessors. I propose
a goal-driven, closed-loop system that manages power, energy, and
temperature to balance multiple performance
goals and operating condition constraints that
scales with system size and semiconductor fabrication trends.
