The data is a large matrix with rows corresponding to institutions
and columns corresponding to (journal, year) pairs.
For each row of the data, the first item is the number of an
institution(e.g., for INST_11, the number is 11), then the other
items are the numbers of publications
of this institution on a specific journal in a specific year. That
is, each column (except the first one) corresponds to a specific
journal in a specific year.
The journals are arranged in the alphabetical order: AAAI, ASPLOS,
CAV, CCS, FOCS, ICML, IEEESP, IJCAI, ISCA, JCOMPUTERSECURITY,
JMLR, MICRO, MOBICOM, OOPSLA, OSDI, PLDI, POPL, SIGCOMM, SIGGRAPH,
SIGKDD, SIGMETRICS, SIGMOD, SISC, SODA, SOSP, STOC, TOMS, TON. And
each journal consists of 11 consecutive columns, form year 1996 to
year 2006.
