Rules for Blackjack Outcome

* A Blackjack is two cards that total 21

* If player has points > 21 then he loses

* If player has Blackjack then he wins

* If dealer has points > 21 then 
    - all players having 21 or less wins

* If dealer has Blackjack or 21 then
    - only player having Blackjack wins
    - players having 21 points (3 or more cards) tie
    - players having less lose

* If dealer has points < 21 then
    - all players having points greater than the dealer win
    - all players having points less than the dealer lose
    - all players having the same points as the dealer tie
