Overview

  • DynaDup is a Java program for estimating species trees given a set of rooted gene trees, minimizing duplications or duplication and losses (approximately). The algorithm used is described in:

    S. Bayzid, S. Mirarab, T. Warnow, "Optimal Species Trees under Gene Duplication and Loss", PSB 2013, in press.
