The teamwork structure and communication paradigm were subsequently implemented in the CMUnited-98 simulator team as well. The CMUnited-98 simulator team competed in the RoboCup-98 competition, winning all 8 of its games by a combined score of 66-0 to become the 1998 world champion simulator team [37].
