Electronic Game Developers Society

EGaDS is a game development organization at the University of Texas.

I had the honor of being an officer for two of the years I was in the organization. It is a great group for students who have an interest working with games.

It has been a great organization for me, and has given me so much. I have gained friendships, both personal and professional, work experience, and a better understanding of the industry in general. I got my first job at Aspyr because of a post on the EGaDS mailing list. I am sure that that experience helped my get my next job at Midway, and so on with other opportunities I have had.
