About

I am interested in machine learning and large-scale data analysis. More specifically, I am working on designing novel algorithms that will make machine leaning model small, fast, and power-efficient on personal devices, such as phones, tablets, robots and beyond!

I am a software engineer at Google Research in Mountain View. I completed my Ph.D. in the Department of Computer Science, University of Texas at Austin advised by Inderjit Dhillon. Before that, I received a master's degree after studying at the University of Hong Kong advised by Kwok-Ping Chan and Dacheng Tao, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China.
