I joined the EECS department, Cleveland State University, as an Assistant Professor in the fall of 2016.

I was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Computer Science, The University of Texas at Austin. I work on the Building Wide Intelligence project with Professor Peter Stone. My research focuses on reasoning algorithms for robot decision-making in human-robot, robot-robot coexisting environments.

Prior to this, I worked with Professor Mohan Sridharan (who is now with the University of Auckland, New Zealand) at the Department of Computer Science, Texas Tech University. I was a Graduate Mentor for an REU project in three consecutive summers (2011-2013). Before coming to Texas, I was a visiting student at Graduate School at Shenzhen, Tsinghua University in 2007 and 2008. I was an Intern working on phone-based indoor localization at Microsoft Research (Asia) in 2012 and at Shenzhen Wayto Technology in 2009.
